There may be a variety of reasons why. Do you check your spam/junk mail as well as your inbox to confirm receipt of your email confirming your order? What should I do if my order arrives incomplete?

If your order has missing items, this could mean that your order was shipped in more than one shipment (and therefore you will receive at least two tracking numbers). Your tracking numbers are located in an e-mail that is automatically generated when a package leaves our warehouse.
